Master Lighting & Color

Sometimes all it takes to update a room is to add new lighting and update paint colors. These Auburn, California homeowners loved the Southwest color palette of orange and turquoise used throughout their home but wanted to bring it forward a couple of decades.

Colors for paints and fabrics are toned versions of those previously used, and I designed the bedding to impart a contemporary and current feel. The addition of accent lights and glass shelving in the alcoves flanking the bed pull the setting together.
